It also includes Enzymatic mask, Treatment mask, Massage of the upper body and finishing products to leaving you glowing and rested.

A more results driven facial designed to renew and refine your skin. Customized to your needs, this treatment includes exfoliation (enzyme or peel) , custom treatment mask and serums, manual lymphatic drainage, high frequency, and microcurrent, while still incorporating those rejuvenating massage techniques you love.

Your first session will include a complete consultation including diet and lifestyle, tips of what to do at home, skin care regimen, and a pore clearing facial. ($95) This treatment will be customized to your specific needs and adjusted often. It is imperative that you return every 2-3 weeks for a pore clearing facial and use the home skin care properly. ($55) Home regimen may range from $80 – $150 for 8-12 wks.

This 90 Minute session includes Crainosacral techniques, Castor Oil Packs (and one to take home), TMJ and jaw focus, Pelvic friction + rocking, and acupressure. This helps remove adhesions, relax the hips and pelvis, increase circulation, and center the mind.

In this session, your therapist will combine deeply restorative treatment options such as essential oils, heating packs, hot stones, and warm towels to help you slip into a state of mental bliss. Heather will then assist you through a variety of relaxed yoga positions while using compression, acupressure, and massage techniques to leave you feeling lengthened and flexible.

The session includes Just 31 Herbs essential oil blend, targeted acupressure, gentle traction, and soothing massage.

Join Cassandra in John F. Barnes' Myofacial Release sessions. This approach focuses on releasing restrictions within the body's facial system. When Facia becomes restricted due to injury, inflammation, strain or stress it can create pain, tension, limited mobility, and postural imbalances. This work uses sustained pressure to gently encourage these restrictions to release and allow the tissue to soften and lengthen naturally.

This treatment is lovely for heating up the body and loosening muscles (not intended for pregnancy, menopausal, or other clients who may not like heat) In this session, we start with a full body dry brush to improve circulation and exfoliate skin. Next, we apply a rich hydrating body lotion and wrapped clients in a cozy cocoon of heated blankets. While you are wrapped enjoy a reflexology and aromatherapy scalp session. Finished with a hot stone back massage.
