Join Heather for a 1-1 Session where Parents + Caregivers can learn and practice - Baby's First Massage. A program created by Teresa Ramsey in 1989. This program consists of gentle infant massage techniques caregivers can use, a take home guide, understanding newborn behaviors, and calming techniques.
